What is enhanced webcasting

From DoWire Wiki

Webcasting Home

Enhanced webcasting is about making the full public meeting experience available via the Internet. In short, everything you can access in the meeting room would be available to webcast listeners or viewers. This includes agendas, minutes, and handouts.

Basic interactivity, like asking a question or answering a poll are part of enhanced webcasting, however the representative democracy meeting premise is based on few to many requirements.

Online meeting or webconferencing tools, many which often have a per seat license fee and require downloaded software, go well beyond our requirements. However, one could imagine the ability to testify via Internet-based video conferencing as a second generation enhanced webcasting feature.
