Talk:Ten practical online steps for government support of democracy

Great article. Quite some of the steps seem aimed at building content on top of "Issues Forums" (IF?). As far as I know, IF has the crucial features to make online participation work out for normal people. But the graphical profile of *.e-democracy.org isn't that easy to get to grips with - info overflow. How about some simplification on the main pages "www." and "forums."? By removing some, there could be "space for" a colourful box in some corner "Introduction to e-democracy", possibly green and with a "play-button to indicate there might be a movie. Which would be great - but first some easy to digest text is needed. Is there a Wiki-page for this kind of text? /sesam(@)lysator.liu.se
