We're running an IRC channel for the ODDC here (href="irc://irc.freenode.net/oddc").

The goal of this ongoing chat is to be available to help one another and newcomers learn more about tools and techniques of online deliberative discourse.

Time and Date:

We've picked a monthly "office hour" when we'll have someone online for sure. It's 9am Pacific time on the first Tuesday of each month.

IRC = Internet Relay Chat. It's a real-time, multi-person chat system that's been around for a while.

Technical Requirements:

IRC typically requires participants have an IRC client. We recommend Chatzilla, a Mozilla/Firefox plugin.
