1. should any particular user interface, e.g. BlackBerry, SMS, be mandatory?
2. within the government, should cordless headsets be mandatory phone gear?
3. should standard boot images on computers in government offices support these interfaces, along with other mobility focused interfaces, eg. 802.11
4. should government require or encourage telework and compatible home gear?
5. should government take active steps to enable schools, libraries, and all other government-funded facilities to operate as emergency backup work locations, as part of emergency preparedness?
