Interactive options

Interactive options in Democaster include:

• Ask a question - A simple send an e-mail to a designated address via a web form or via a tab on the player. This could be used during a meeting to collect questions from the audience that could then be vetted and/or read out to those gathered.

• Answer a poll - Via the event console a real-time poll could be sent to the audience. The poll questions should be put into the system in advance and support for multiple questions created. Basic text results would be available via the event console. A future option might include graphical rendering of results for display via the player.

• Links - The meeting host will have the option of adding links to meeting documents and other external interactive options like live chat, shout boxes, forums, or wiki spaces. Our plan does not integrate these options at this time.
