Editing sections

The trick to make sections in a document by using '= text =', does not work well with the header format <h3> Text </h3>.

If you start editing a section after <h3> Text </h3>, the editor will count the <h3> Text </h3> also as a section to edit, so the editor brings you in the wrong section for editing.
