Avoid new namespaces
From DoWire Wiki
This is a wiki best practice.
writing an article in the default namespace asserts that your article's purpose is in-line with the dominant purpose/point of view for the domain of knowledge captured by the wiki.
use of other namespaces denotes that different rules apply to those pages (e.g. user pages and talk pages), including possibly different naming conventions. these are necessarily subordinate purposes to the main purpose of the wiki, otherwise you'd promote the pages to the default namespace in their own wiki.
namespace syntax is indistinguishable from interwiki syntax, which further reinforces marginalization of topics from the simplest name.
when creating articles, be bold and compete for the dominant purpose/point of view. don't self-marginalize your own topic names. avoid creating new namespaces.
See content equals schema and topic naming conventions for more on the implications of this.
